Help its my quit date and i havnt put on my patch yet scared

Healthier, When you are thinking of starting the patch, be sure to stop smoking completely before applying. Smoking while on the patch is not recommended. Your body is already receiving nicotine from the patch, and by smoking another cigarette you put more nicotine into your system than your body can handle. The patch is a self-adhesive patch of material that slowly releases nicotine into your bloodstream through your skin. It can be placed anywhere between the waist and neck.
