Now is raining and at least for 4 days...... so I think I will go with my friend and Pax... For a good roll in the mud :D
Pax is a 4 month old german shepherd and loves mud and to jump on people especially if he is muddy and the victim has white pants.

Yesterday I didn't feel to much to exercise but anyway I've done one good session with my electro muscle stimulator. I have it because of my back problems and there are some exercises that I can't do. At least I've done something for me. And today I'm going roller-skating. So it shoud be fun :)

Hello Sheba!

Woohoo this is great news! You have inspired me. I had stopped my daily walks with the passing of my cat but I will start again. So I will start at 30 minutes a day and work my way up again!

Thank you for the inspiration!

Hmm... I might start back the yoga too :)

Sheba,
Congratulations! Exercising is a great way to release stress, help you focus, sleep better, feel better about yourself, etc.. There are so many positive benefits to working out. Keep track of your exercise schedule and your mood on days you do exercise as extra motivation to keep up this healthy habit.

Hi!
I have for you some good news. I restarted exercising and felt a little better. Is a good way to release tension. For now I've done only 20 minutes a day. I hope only to keep doing it even if some times I don't feel like exercising.
