Great job Kittycat1234!

I can see you have already completed two sessions. You are on a roll! Avoidance is a very common issue for people who struggle with anxiety. The good news is this program will teach you how to stop this pattern of behaviour. Recognition of the problem is the first step to fixing it. You have a lot to look forward to. Keep on going. We are here to support you every step of the way.

Hi all!

I finished the first trophy. It was a lot easier then I thought it would be! I have no idea why I was procrastinating so long starting it. It explains a lot about college lolz. I may have been avoiding!! I learned I avoid a lot due to my anxiety. It's become a real problem and it is so tough to break. I feel like it's been getting worse over the years. I sometimes wonder what my life would be like if I didn't avoid so much. Is it just me or does anyone else feel a bit apprehensive about facing the avoiding behaviour?
