That is good to hear and in simple way you show your honesty.

Found a pill bottle from someone I know from church, and delivered it.

Some times good deeds aren't over when they are supposed to be. Sometimes people drag them out. Sometimes they are no longer good deeds. They get old, they get stale. Like my garage that was supposed to be mine again a week ago.

Davit, what do you mean by "get old"?

Good to see you are getting out and are not alone. Today will be my third night alone and it doesn't bother me much other than it is quiet. And I'm in no rush to change that. I like the quiet.

Besides I did my good deed. And Monday another will be done and I can have my garage back. Sometimes good deeds can get old. (that might get comments) Time for some Me time.

Davit, I think there is an element of gratitude too, in helping others. Gratitude is supposed to be really helpful in personal change. Today, although I wasn't feeling well, I suggested are visit be lengthened by looking for a child's grave, and we found it!

Doing good deeds defines who you are and a lot of the time are not noticed or even appreciated. I do them every chance I can. I also notice and appreciate when things are done for me.

By the way doing good deeds is a silent CBT technique that is calming as long as you don't expect to be recognized for them or worse mad because you weren't.

I wonder if anyone's done a good deed? I helped a neighbour with her sunscreen, which was blowing away on a windy day. I took the shingles off the roof, since my other neibhour's shingles came off, and would be a hazard. Another day, a woman was unable to exit a door, due to the clerk at the security button being occupied.
