Right on Sky! Great reply :). Couple of quick questions Same_Boat; are you on any medication(s)? Do you have any allergies that you may know of? Reason why I am asking these questions is because most medication counter-reacts to the intake of alcohol. Also, have you been diagnosed with panic/anxiety or any other type of panic disorder? I know this is personal, but we want to make sure that we direct you in the right path.
Please keep us posted :).
Melanie

Melinda,
If you are still having these pains then I would go back to your doctor. If you feel they are a sign of panic then you have to differentiate your panic attacks from this chest pain. You are probably asking yourself how right? Try using our €œPanic Diary€ to the left of this screen. After you have a week completed take the diary to your doctor. He/she can look over your progress and maybe see a trend that you have been experiencing and maybe a plan of action will occur.
We hope that you will find an answer to your questions Melinda. Please keep us posted.
Take care,
Melanie
Lourdes,
This has happenend to me in the past. I would be having a negative dream and I would want to wake up but could not. It is not a nice feeling! Once I am awake it takes me awhile to get my heart rate back to normal and then think to myself "oh wow, thank god that was a dream". I usually get a drink of water wash my face and then go back to bed.
Just to let you know you are not alone!
Melanie
I am in the same boat. I have been looking for some medical research that pertains to rice vinegar. If anyone has any information I would like ot share it with the group.
Cheers,
Melanie
