thank you for the replies, I read that one of the side effects is confusion and it says that it can make you less alert, that kinda worries me because i have to take care of my two kids. will i be walking around like talking to myself or acting wierd on it? also, i have panic disorder, and i didnt read anything about it treating panic disorder, only depression, generalized anxiety disorder.

I started this med about 2 weeks ago and I had to stop as the side effects were unbearable for me. Very weak, had to leave work because of it, no appetite and I lost 5 pounds in a week. But everyone is different, most people who take this drug do ok, I must have been a rare exception. What works well for one person is another's nightmare. If you are starting to take this, give it a shot, it might be the perfect help for you. Don't be discouraged or afraid, you never know if it will help if you don't try.
