I just checked on my diary. Yes, it was hard on day 3. But after that, its getting easy.....
What I did is, have a cup of hot jasmine tea, and take a deep breath, feel the aroma of jasmine tea, and it makes me realize that Nicotine was stink.......
If you could make it until day 3, then, with less effort, you could have day 4, 5, .... smoking free days.
Keep smoking free, valic

I just got back form my long week-end trip. I went to the countryside at the slope of the mountain. The air is so fresh. I used to have cigarete swith cups of coffee while enjoy the beautiful view, eventhough I miss the fresh air. Since I am a quitter, I could feel the fresh air and also beautiful view. However, lot's of time I feel something missing.... puff....., but, NOPE, ......Finally, I had a dream that I broke the quit. Thanks God, it's only a dream. I'am still a quitter, and I am very proud of it.
