Just Stopped

What I did was doing a lot of relaxation, talking to myself. I spent 3 days pretending that I was sick, and hospitalize. Realizing that I Stay at home, and not really sick makes me feel grateful, and pass the days easier than I have to fight the fact. Wacky, My preparation before I quit is, reduce my daily cig, and the last day before I stoped, I smoke until I fed up. Good Luck, I Couldn't wait until the day you quit... Pass the trigger

I used to drink coffee with cig. I never drink coffee since I quit, because I always think that coffee is a trigger of craving. But today, I'm so surprised that I have no crave when I try a cup of coffee. I should start to face any other trigger to see how intens the respons is. Solid night's Sleep

Penguin, yes I have sleeping problem for the first three days. After that, I had deeper sleep eventhough I woke up several times at night. I alwasy do relaxation and pray before I sleep. I guess this help my mind to rest.
