Hi Doodles you are doin great the first few days are the hardest. I slipped up after a year quit, got back for a few months then slipped for a week or so but never again. I like the fat drinking straw to inhale like a cig. Looks wacky but it works. Hey Guys, My smoking husband will be home for the weekend.. The last 2 quits, he has locked his cigs in his car & does not smoke around me!! I will just have to stay busy or sleep!! At least I do not have to do 3rd grade homework tonight!! How stressful.. I got through the 3rd grade a really long time ago and I really don't want to go back.. Better get to work.. as usual, I am trying to get through the AM hours without a smoke.. I guess the best thing is that I do not have any to smoke!!! Rambling.. so sorry thanks for listening My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 6 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 120 Amount Saved: $18.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 16 Mins: 16 Seconds: 57

Doodles, If I find myself wanting that puff at work I either get up and go for a walk around, or I find the best thing I could do, if you are able, is log on here and for 10 minutes do nothing but read. This place has really helped me I can't get enough of it, now all I want to do is make sure everyone out there who is behind me knows that I am 100% behind you guys too! It really keeps me focused. Remember Doodles we are buddies, and I am here for you! Doodles, Sounds like you are doing great. Keep taking one step at a time and don't compare this to your other quits. Always remember NOPE Not One Puff Ever!!! As long as you don't lite that next cigarette, you've got it made. Don't give up no matter what. No matter what happens, smoking will NOT help.
