Hey Kev, how about working out - exercising - that really helped me to burn off some worry, frustration, craves, etc...and it helps to fill time. If you can go to a gym, that is social or at home you can crank some good tunes and clear your mind.

Bresmama, just the fact that you posted here, first, tells me you don't really want to do it.
Do you know, here I am at 78 days, had a whopper of a craving tonight with my first glass of wine as I was sitting down to pay bills, a pile of bills - whew. John was here, I had him crank up Nickelback very loud, I paid bills and quit thinking about smoking.
Find something else to do during the moment when you have the crave, I won't tell you some of John's advice :p - but you will find something that works.
hang tough with us - if it was easy everybody would do it. It is tough and that makes it so worthwhile.
