hello

Hang in there Cindy, I'm right with ya. If I can hang with my husband smoking in the other room, you can hang too!! We're stronger than the junkie inside of us - let's prove it! Just bad timing?

Kartemy, That happened to me the first time I quit, I felt worse after I quit smoking than before. But the difference was, this time it went away , where, when i was smoking the cough and cold lingered, and lingered until it became bronchitis, until i thought i was gonna die. It will pass, drink plenty fluids and rest. Except of course when you need to clean to pass a craving ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/14/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 2 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 50 Amount Saved: $13.75 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 4 Mins: 23 Seconds: 24

OMT - when we all get to running we'll have to start a thread posting how far we've ran and keep up with it. That will keep us going maybe... Day one...again...

I will, and Freedom26 was going to be running or is running too. I've been walking, now, this is my 2nd week, was going to start throwing in some running next week. I had told her I found a program online that's supposed to take you from the couch to running 3-5k in 8 weeks. I just searched for it and it came up. I was thinking that would be so cool to be able to do that and do the July 4th 5K, that would give me such a sense of accomplishment, and it would be around my 6 month anniversary! Severe Arm pain with NRT patch

He took it off, he's used the generic kind of patches before and didn't have any problems. This time he wanted to use the name brand and they just made his arm and shoulder hurt. ????
