Hello again to all of you. Finally I have made it!!!! I haven`t smoke any cigarette for 7 days, cold turkey. I could even think that I could be so strong. Well last week it was really very rough. I sill have my cravings and my dizziness but the last two days I feel that I can handle them better. Kate, finally this weekend I change my mind and I went with my filmily to our country house. I took 2-3 hours of walk, every day, I washed all the carpets, I cooked I did everything to distract my thoughts. My problem is that I gained some weight without eating more than I used to and I go every day to my gym Quitting smoking changes metabolism or not?

Hi there again, how are you all?
I am feeling guilty because yesterday in a bad moment at work, I made a puff from my colleagues cig. It was really yucks!!!!!! Being at my 3rd week, I am trying to copy with my withdrawal symptoms and believe me are still tough especially in evenings. This week, I got one more symptom: insomnia!!! The last 3 days I wake up in the middle of the night and I can hardly sleep again. Is that going on forever? Scary
