Always remember that every cigarette you DON'T SMOKE is a step forward to the person you want to be. All you have to do is keep moving forward. Don't get yourself worked up about a minor slip.
Quitting smoking is a personal experience. No two quits will be exactly the same and no one will say it's easy. The good news is, however, that every day people across the globe show it can be done. There is no 'right' way to quit. Develop a plan, get your mind on board, and just keep moving forward. Know that it won't always be easy, but know that you can do it!
Ask family and friends outside of the SSC to support you and praise you. If they don't or never smoked, tell them how hard it is. Help them understand so they can help you.
Millions of people have found their path to success, I believe you will find yours.

I don't know too much about the topic, but I know blood circulation should improve when you quit, so it is quite possible that you are warmer than usual.

I'm still here! Just got back last night from a week in Steamboat, CO snowboarding, hot tubing and a few drinky drinks. ;p
My body is sore, but my lungs are clear!
