Todd,
I use wellbutrin for depression and when I stopped smoking it really helped alot.It kills 2 birds with one stone!
I still get down but not as bad as I did before the med. And it cut my cravings GREATLY! Congrats on the 30 days! Keep the quit, don't throw it away!

I have been stopped for 10 or 11 days now(longest I have ever gone!),
And I am only haveing one withdrawl symptom and that is the spacy thing. I was wondering if the coughs are still to come or if not everyone has it? I have to say also, Wellbutrin is a wonderfull helper when trying to stop. I belive without it I would have failed by now. I am so so proud of myself!!!! I did not think I would really do it but I know now I will.

The "first time" I stopped I wanted to hurt people, just take deep breaths, and count to ten and remember why you are doing this in the first place. Chewing gum helps some, It will get better.

Good Job opn the 26 days, Just think of how much you will be letting yourself down as soon as you light that cigg...The shame of wasting those 26 days...is it worth it? NO Just hang tight!! U can do it!

I am no longer smoking, however, I am moving in with a roomate soon who does smoke, that's no big deal as she and I have talked and she agrees to smoke outside. The problem is after I move my mother, a serious smoker will be watching my little girl at our house. I know she(mom) will smoke inside even if I ask her not to, as this has happened before. I love my mom. Ijust don't know what to do here. and can't afford day care. I am a widowed mother of a 2 yr old and I have to work. I am thinking of trying to find someone else, but I also don't want to hurt my mom's feelings..........

This is a great place to stop, I have been here all day off and on, and I am not even craving all that much. I like reading all the post, It showes me I am not alone in the battle to be free. I love the feeling I have inside because I know this is the last time I will let these cigs control me. My life will be mine again. I am VERY proud of ME! I can't let myself down, belive me there are enough other people out there to do that for you, so be strong you can do!
