I am in Florida and it's not allowed inside down here! I am glad because if I am not killing myself with cigs I don't want to do it with someone's second hand smoke either!

Butterfly I am with you on this. Even if we don't have it in our family, I felt the same way when my husband was dieing I sat outside and saw doctors and nurses smoking and I had stopped for a week at that time and felt that if they worked in a hospital and still smoke then it can't be all that bad. I belive it is sending the wrong message to others around them if they work in medical and still smoke.
Even behind closed doors it can be smelt on their breath and body. It does not look good at all.

:( Hi I have a great reason not to go back as well. I recived a call from my mother just about a hour ago and she told me a very close friend of hers passed away at 8:52p.m. tonight. This lady was only 56 years young. 2 years older than my mother. She had smoked most of her life, there were other factoers that caused her death, but had she not smoked I belive she would have had a much better chance in fighting. Just think about it, 56 years old I am almost 30, I want more than 26 more years on this earth. For that I am glad my last cig is my last cig. I still need to do some morn this special person, so I am going to call it a night. Stay strong your life is your reward in the end.

I think the hardest days for me were the first 2 and then around 10&11 I really wanted a cig. But I made up my mind not to smoke and I just kept putting it off and I got through it. One day at a time for now.I don't crave it anymore, I think about it maybe 2 or 3 times day, some days more. I never could make the crave "pass" all the other times I tryed to stop, and I think that is why I never quit before when I tryed. I am taking wellbutrin now and it helps ALOT.
