That's hell week and heck week done and dusted - and you know what? You don't ever have to go through them again.
 
Keep your guard up though: the worst is over, but there are still a few rocks on the road ahead, but if you tackle them with the same determination you have shown so far, you will be fine.

 I've been to San Francisco, Alcatraz is such a good visit, and the Napa valley is beautiful.
 
But I think the main attraction is those lovely Californian wines - save a bottle of red for me for the weekend!

A busy quitting time

As a 'Christmas quitter" myself, I will try to drop in when I can over the holiday period.
 
Then I will probably do a disappearing act for a few months after Januarry 4th . Don't drop me off the stats lists Mr Ed!

It won't take many trips around the sun for you to almost forget you ever smoked, trust me!
 
Next year it will feel much more natural to be a non-smoker.
