Money is such a great reward. Look at my stash below. With that money, I treat myself to a day spa from time to time, I splurge on anything I want really. I keep that account separate to really feel the pleasure. At some point, I will even buy myself a brand new car with it; maybe next year. Ah.. the rewards of not smoking.
Our cigs in BC are about the same as in Ontario. Mine are calculated at $8.50 a pack which is pretty well still the same (I think).

Please...do not play with fire. Follow your program closely. This is not a rehearsal, it's the REAL thing. I used the 3 levels of the patch. One level a month. In the last month, I kept a "spare supply" just in case, because I didn't want to lose what I had. So "stick" to it ok?

Nice post Jaset! I send the link to a friend of mine who I am trying to convince to quit. I would just like to add that this site is a godsend. You may have alcoholics anonymous, emotions anonymous, overeaters anonymous, gamblers anonymous, and all those support groups, but this support group is the best for quitting smoking bar none. I can prove that with my stats below. Check it out. Life smoke free is good. I'm so happy; I wish I would have done it sooner though, but it's done and done with now. Thank god!
