TRESA!!! 4 YEARS FOR YOU!!!!

TRESA! YOU DID IT TOO!!! You made it to OLDIE status! Everybody, I don't know how many of you remember ANOTHER oldie but goodie from the early days but Tresa was there every inch of the way....struggling while handing out hugs at the same time. Give the girl a big hand. Today she celebrates 4 years completely smokefree. Congratulations, pretty lady, you did it!! love, Melanie 1470 My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/30/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1470 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 58,812 Amount Saved: $14700 Life Gained: Days: 202 Hrs: 6 Mins: 1 Seconds: 39

4 Year Anniv. for an Oldie but Goodie

Oh wow, Pen...how could I NOT know that you and Luna would show up....and then show up again. You make me grin every time you do. Thank you so much. I hope you are well these days. You sound good. I'm sorry I didn't check back sooner. I've been away. Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart. Your well wishes and congrats warm my heart. Cuddles, Mummy, Missy, Shev (hi Shev wink), hur, Sweet, Lily, Bon... How does it feel to be quit this long? Absolutely incredible....most of all free. It took me more than two years.....maybe even a little longer for the last little bitty itchy tendrils to finally let loose....all the way. But they finally did and I'm done. Don't smoke people. Somehow get past those bad times....the blahs, the yearnings, the sick of tryings, the physical stuff....put the time in. Grit it out. I was never eloquent. I don't know how to be now. Just don't smoke each and every day and believe that one day you won't want to anymore. It worked for me. Katy, special thanks to you. You were one of the very first gurus of this whole site and your well wishes thrill me. Pen and Luna, always special hugs to you two. You know that. I wish you the utmost happiness in your future together. Thank you for being so nice to me. Tresa girl....here you come too, huh??? love to you all....believe in what you are doing and don't give up. 5 days younger

Wait....time really IS on your side...it is. Get the TIME behind you, Paul. Eventually you'll feel better. All that demon talking...all that speculation.....no no... Just keep doing it my man....each and every day. That is what will get you there.... Knowing that one day... you'll be free and feel better. And you will. I promise... Not one drag...not one puff... Hang in there. Best to you. Melofga Smoke-Free Days: 1702
