Well I don't understand why my quit meter isn't posted each time. I've got it checked to show it.

Hey Tresa!
Penitent beat me to it!
Well ok then lets get to it.
5 feels great doesn't it?
Congratulation, my friend. You did it and I'm proud of you.
It was quite a ride, wasn't it?
much love,
Melanie
Lamplighter I'm pretty late to this party but it looks like it's still going on so ok. I've been trying to get here.
I remember you 'from before' and how hurt you were when you lost that quit. I am so glad you picked yourself up and tried again. It looks like you're making it this time.
3 months is awesome and a major landmark.
Keep hanging in there, LL. The difficult days will still come but they will continue to get fewer the longer you just don't smoke.
Good for you.
Melanie
still haven't figured out how to include stats but I'm somewhere just past 5 years.... :p
There will be lots of folks here on Friday to help bolster you then and beyond.
You don't have two addictions...just one....nicotine.
Don't make it heavier for yourself than it is.
Best to you, Greger.

Hi Greger,
It's good to see you here. I'm glad you're doing so well. Congrats on 3 days smokefree.
Just keep getting those days behind you.
Concerning cramps and getting dehydrated, be sure and drink plenty of water (ice water worked best for me). It became my new best friend and really helped with the craves too.
I know the heat is bad (here too) and it sounds like your job is pretty high pressure tomorrow but please do whatever you have to do to just get through the day.
Keep drinking water.
My best to you. You're doing great!
Melanie
