feeling depressed and tired

Is it common when your getting close to a week to start feeling depressed? Also, feel pretty tired lately, harder to get a good night sleep too. Just real blah today. Yesterday I wanted to smoke pretty bad. This morning a little. Wow

feeling depressed and tired

I understand, this another tough morning. Still have the fears and worries of my situation, smoking helped in the past, cravings are intense still. I want to smoke and I don't.

I have a question

I was wondering, if using the nicotine patch, is it possible to be experiencing some of the same negative effects that you get from smoking?

I have a question

I think some of my dizziness, off kilter feeling may have been from smoking. Today I was experiencing that for the first time in a while, so was thinking maybe the nicotene was doing it, when I quit it was better, now the nicotene in the patch may cause it. Or maybe all the changes or blood sugar as I was hungry. Weird, lots of change right now. Thanks

I cant believe it!

One week has gone by! It hasnt been easy and at the same time it hasnt been hard. Ive had my moments but the time has gone by pretty fast. I am amazed. I think I have stayed a lot busier and been more productive in this time as well. Its pretty cool. Just think I got to quit smoking and meet new wonderful people as the trade off here. I know there is more to it, but just the support and kindness I have found here is great and appreciated!

Changes

I'm noticing good changes! Anxiety is much better and in general I feel pretty good. So thats a good thing. I noticed on my short drive to the store last night that it was better than normal. So thats a positive thing. One day I should be driving everywhere. I hope. Still I have the fears of no job, missing my family and there is nothing to help with that like smoking gave some relief to. It's still not an easy thing. Noticing that working out is having positive changes, tho I have lost no weight, clothes are looser, so it must be working. I am at the point where the smell of smoking stinks, but once in a while I still want to smoke. Still tough.

Changes

I think I heard mood swings are part of this process. I dont know how long they last. I have been working out 3 times a week for about 3 hours each time. So that should help. Still dont know why I picked the hardest, scariest, lonlinest time in my life to do this. Its almost like it was a subconscious decision and I just did it! Recently I have learned a lot about God and I have prayed a lot. I did ask for help in this area, wow I think Im on to something here.
