Hey Lance!!!

Keep that Positive Mental Attitude going!  It really will take you where you need to and want to be!   Congrats on making it through Hell Week!!!  It will get easier with time, but for now, just vow to make it through today and then re-commit tomorrow and do the same thing all over again!  You can do it!!!

As it gets easier and easier, time will speed up. Keep practicing quitting and at some point, your responses to the nicodemon will be automatic almost always. Practice makes yours.

One week has gone by! It hasnt been easy and at the same time it hasnt been hard. Ive had my moments but the time has gone by pretty fast. I am amazed. I think I have stayed a lot busier and been more productive in this time as well. Its pretty cool. Just think I got to quit smoking and meet new wonderful people as the trade off here. I know there is more to it, but just the support and kindness I have found here is great and appreciated!
