Another way to look at cravings

Agreed ! I like the very act of lighting up, inhaling and exhaling , the stress relief factor and just the something to do habit of it all. I find the best thing for me is vaping, I use an Ecig and it fulfills all these needs as I slowly ween off the nocitine

YOU ARE NOT YOUR ADDICTION

Is nicotine the only thing Im addicted to in tobacco? I know there is the psycological addiction and the oral fixation but there must be other drugs in there that my body craves making it sooo hard to stop. I m asking because now Im using Ecig and I still crave it because there is a small amount of nicotine but I think about smoking way less. Thoughts?

Dangerous relapse landmarks

My problem with letting myself down is that Im smoking an Ecig to get a little nicotine without the fire and tar, but sometimes early on when mybattery would die I would run out and buy real smokes, luckily smoking just one now is so gross Ive let that go and have totally adjusted to vaping

Electronic Cigarettes

I hated the patch a friend suggested this Ecig called Juicyejuice and wow am I surprised by how good it worked, It was weird at first and I felt it woud never over take my desire for the real thing but I can happily say that this e ciig has saved my health and my sanity

Very tempted

Create tools that prepare yourself for bad times . Like preparing for a hurricaine. Like if yourspose upsets you you go for a run or that s when you do the dishes , or have  a friend that you call who you know will rush to your side and kee p up the good work congrats

Bad Smoking Dreams

I find that is the same with any addiction, and I gotta say I would much rather be smoking in my dreams then in reality

Dealing with hostility

Hi, I am right on this topic, I find that when I quit I get very angry , this is normal, my body is being trauma tized by the lack of chemicals that I ve been pumping into my system I told my partner ahead of time that I would need extra patience for a week or 2 and if I blew up or yelled to please remember Im withdrawing from very powerful chemicals , its not easy but I try to minimize stress during those times and vaping a on ecig really helped to get a little nicotine but eliminate a ton of poison good luck that s my stroy

Myth of "just one"

I think anyone like me who has smoked and quit more than once can say 100% for sure there is NO such thing as just one , no way
