Reward in advance???

Good for you, your reward will remind you that if you were still smoking your money would just be going up in smoke!! and  you wouldn't have your new toy to play with

Keep strong and take it one hour, one day, or what every works best for you.

All the best Debby

Debby ???

I'm for Northumberland in the United Kingdom.  So I'm actually 4 hrs or so ahead of most of you.

But I'm so glad to be here.

Passed week 1

Hi all smiles tonight as I've passed week 1 !!!

I feel completely relieved as I know that things can only get better now.

Today has been good, the cravings have not been strong and they haven't lasted long.

Tonight I am going to curl up on the settee and watch a dvd, my choice and if the family don't want to join me then that's fine, to be honest I feel like watching a romantic weepy and don't think the boys will like that. But then this is my reward!!!

Tomorrow is a another day, hopefully it will be as good as today if not then I will cope with it and be strong.

All the best to everyone Debby.

gearing up

Hi wnt2bfree,  welcome, and good for you to decide that you are going to quit again.  Log on here everyday and please feel free to yell, shout, or just keep us informed on how your quit is going.

If you haven't already done so go through the program to workout exactly where you will need to be more on your guard, I found this very helpful.

You don't say if you are using anything to help with your quit.

Well that's all for now, and once again welcome and all the best for this quit.

Welcome gaugesmom and well done on your 4 DAYS.   I have found this site a real help for this quit even though am only just ending day 7.

The help and support is great on here and no one makes you feel bad if you rant or ramble.

At the end of the day we are all working for the same goal and between us all we will make it.

Keep us posted to how your doing in the good time and the bad.

Great work so far, just remember to stay strong
