Just wanted to say well done to all my fellow May quitters, particularly those who have quit this May; sorry Shevie and Hummy but I know you both understand what I am about to write.
These first days and weeks will be difficult, there is no doubt about that and I cannot make it easy for you but you MUST believe me when I tell you that all the heartache is worth it in the long run.
I am so glad that I stuck it out in those early days, it was hard but it was huge investment that is now reaping colossal dividends and I mean COLOSSAL(Agreed Hummy & Shevie?) Fear nothing, show determination and enjoy the rewards which will undoubtedly come your way! We can do this together.

I march today in London on 739 days, proud of that and there's no stopping me!!
Just closing this one out as I head off into my 3rd year clean.
Thanks to all who contributed here including the ones who posted after my little response. Great to hear from you all and thanks to a few of my old recalcitrant muckers from former days who popped back in for the occasion - 2 years is a long time but good friends are never forgotten and for those who asked, the reward this time is an airline ticket for July - say no more!!
