Congrats on the 30 day mark Tobyfan.. One thing I can do that I haven't been able to do before is sit thru a half time show and really see it...lol. I have been through a stessful week and still have not smoked so that was a big thing for me. Funny I often think of cigarettes and smoking but I know that I will never smoke again...
