Hi Jim first of all welcome to the site .. it has been a real life saver for me and reading your posts since I'm still fairly new has really helped me in remembering why I quit (which I needed today) My husband and I both quit with Champix and he has quit Champix altogether now, I did also but found the cravings so strong that I got back on it. I have tried many aids and have found Champix the most effective for me and that I have QUIT and will never smoke again. My neighbour had also quit 5 months prior and was so mad at us because we were not experiencing the same pain and frustrations that he went through when he quit. This site it totally awesome and seems to have the support needed to get through. Welcome March quitters ... you can really do this (with a little help from these friends) ! Now I can say with this quit that I have good days and bad ... but more are good ! Keep the quit its well worth it ..
