REALITY!

You are so right Lainey. If only the little devil was quieter. Why does he have to have the big mouth. I'm hoping my angel will get a little louder soon. The beach sounds really good by the way kristilu. I think I'll be visiting there tonight.

Take the challenge - let me know what happens.

Thank you Anna. I've been really crabby and annoying for the past five days. This post came just in the nick of time. Cravings are great because they remind me why I shouldn't start smoking again. If quitting was really easy it would be a lot harder to stay away from this nasty habit. From now on all I am going to say to my self is remember how wrotten you felt when you first stopped STUPID. So don't be STUPID or you'll have to go through it all over again. That's my positive spin on it. Thanks again.

I wish I could have stayed in bed today

I'm doing better now. I'm changing the way I think. Every craving is a reminder why I shouldn't start again. There's no way in hell I'm going through these again. :)

Today's been a b***ch!

You are doing amazing Kathy!!! And you have my name even though here I'm under Cassy.:) Today was my 8th day. Day 5, 6, and 7, were the hardest for me too. Today I thought about having a smoke twice. Those really bad craves turn into little ones and eventually go away. You're doing so good. I live in Toronto, Canada. Right now it's freezing outside. I mean freezing. I never smoke inside my house because I have three kids. That being said my hubby is walking out the door as I am typing this to have a smoke. I am so happy I'm not a smoker anymore. I'm sure that you feel the same way. I think it's like -20 C with the wind factored in. It sucks to be a smoker. It's great not to be one. Hang in there Kathy, you'll make it and you'll feel great about it. In a few weeks the cravings will be a bad dream. :)

I feel HORRIBLE

The first week is nasty. But don't kid yourself you are doing amazing. Just remember before you reach for that cig check in here first, that's what kept me alive last week. You are stronger than you know. Be proud of yourself. Do something niece for yourself after dinner to keep your mind occupied. That way you won't think about smoking instead on pampeing yourself. What you're feeling right now goes away. Week two is a lot easier, and just think you will be into week 2, 3, and 4 in no time. :)

I'm falling asleep at my desk

I don't know why but I can barely keep my eyes open. My mind is totally fried and I have the shivers. My coworker who is also quitting feels the same way (without the shivers). I can't wait to get to bed today. I have to admit today has been a really hard day with the withdrawals. Here I thought I'd be over it by now. Oh well, if it was easy we'd all be back to smoking in now time. I need to shut the junkie up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm falling asleep at my desk

I slept great last night. I have no idea why I'm so blah today. This is horrible. I seem to completely be loosing my head. I'm havint a difficult time drafting simple letters. Thank goodness I have a sympathetic coworker or I'd be SOL right now.

I'm falling asleep at my desk

I am 10 days into my quit. The last few days was ok. Today, however, it's hitting me bad. I have never felt so sleepy. Well maybe when my children were first born and I had to feed them every two hours but other than that never.
