I wish I had your attitude a week ago. Hey maybe even a couple of days ago. You are doing amazing!!!! It's day 27 for me and I feel great. No more physical cravings just some mental ones and it's those mental ones that are the hardest. You are doing great.

Hi Terry,
For the first three weeks I was told I was the queen "B" of the earth. I even felt like one. Oh well!!! I've been called worse. It's been over a month now and my temper is finally starting to get better, and I'm constantly hungry as well. Can't stop eating. I know that this eating thing will go away eventually as well.
Hang in there you are doing great. It only gets better and better.

I have the same problem. But tooting won't kill me smoking on the other hand will. To be quite honest gas smells just as bad as a lit up cig and air freshner works for the gas but not for the cig. Toot away everyone it only means we're finally getting healthy.

Hey laughery28
My second, third, fourth and fifth day were crazy. But well worth it. I do have to admit my poor kids did stay away from me during that time period but I explained to them and they understood. Now they just keep counting the weeks with me. At first it was the hours, then the days, now we moved onto the weeks. They got really invovled in it becuase they constantly hear about how smoking will kill you at school. My daughter (whose 8 almost 9)said to me that if anyone ever offers her a cig when she's older she'll tell them that she doesn't every want to go through hell week like her mommy so she will never start smoking. So hell week was actually a positive experience in my house.
If you explain to your kids they will understand. Just remember to take deep breaths and drink a lot of ice water. That will help you with your craves.
You are doing great. Keep going because it is worth it.
