I am really have a lot of thought about smoking. In away I feel like I came back to soon after my "slip". I know it is the monster, but the thoughts are there. I am really mad at myself for giving in a few days ago, but I know that will not solve anything. My husband's class reunion picnic is today. I should be okay there. He is a non smoker. We went to the dinner last night and that was a little tough, but I here today. There was no smoking at the dinner so that helped a lot. I have been coughing a lot and that is good. Not sure if I am having a pitty party or just withdrawing. Everyone have a great day and I will check back later tonight. Thanks

Glad to see you back. I know what you mean about the smell. That is one of the things that I like about not smoking. Someone once told me that smokers smell and I thought he was crazy, now I know I was the one that was crazy. You can smell a smoke a mile away. Have a great day!!!

Sabinav, thanks for your response to me. I had 14 days and just could not get past the cross talk in the old brain. I was going to wait until Sept 1, but Lady said to get back on soon, so tomorrow. Yes my house needs a good cleaning, I'll try that. You know the funny thing is I am really looking forward to tomorrow and get those darn things out of my life.

Thanks to all of the respones. It is about 3:15 p.m. here and the day has been going okay. I think (sometimes not a good idea ;p) because I came back so quickly that it seems okay for now. I am not a fool and know what and more than likely will happen. I have a few minor twinges. But breathe in breathe out, water, tea, self-talk and rest has gotten rid of them. I have a dinner to go to tonight, but it is a non smoking enviorment, so that is good. Everyone have a great evening.
