Keep up the good fight. It will keep on getting easier. if you haven't checked out the crave diary up in "My Program" above, now might be a good time to do so. If you document your craves daily, you will see a clear pattern of decreasing craves. I still keep one, just to reassure and remind myself of how much better it is now than then.
