Hi everyone.

I'm new to this website but not to this feeling. I've been smoking since I was 13 and I'm now 26. Thats half my life. The day has finally come where I've decided to kick smoking in the butt.

I've tried numerous times before without much success. This time I'm determined. Its mainly to save money although I could use the health benefits as I suffer from sarcoidosis. When I was diagnosed with sarc first I gave up for 3 weeks but that was it. Apart from that its been a day here and there. Nothing significant. I'm having withdrawls but nothing I can't handle. Though I think I'm going to kill my smoking colleagues, they keep coming in reeking of cigs. Its driving me nuts.
