Brelaine, glad you didn't give up! You really can do this! Are you rewarding yourself? Take a long bath or showers! Have a tea party! Eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream! or a pint of fat free/sugar free/carb free frozen yogurt! Take your dogs for another long walk! Just imagine how much healthier your dogs will be without the second hand smoke! Everybody will be happier and healthier! Just take it one day at a time, and you'll be fine!
