Yay for you!!!! One day of freedom already!!! I remember figuring out that I had thousands of after meal cigs before I quit. Those kinds of associations take a while to go away, but you can help it along by doing something else instead. One of the members here, I think it was Lainey, would get up from the table right away and do the dishes. That would earn points with whoever you live with, too ;) Or, go brush your teeth, go for a walk, take a shower, pop in a dvd. Point being, mix up your routine a bit. Pretty soon it won't be such a trigger anymore :) Good for you for asking for tips.
