David, Is that correct? $600 for 200 cigarettes? Oh my goodness. That would be more than enough incentive for me. This is the third time I quit and this is what I am now telling myself. I do not want to have to go through this again and the pain / cravings created by the first few days creates. Think about how painful full are the first few days when you stop and ask yourself if you really want to do this again? And again?.... If you know the fire burns your fingers and creates a lot of pain, would you put your hand in the fire again... and get pain again? All the best - you will make it !! HI One more try! Me quit, quit about 703 times....so it feels. Make this one different! You can, you know, read all you can here. Try to figure out what triggers you to smoke (ie emotions, task smoker..etc...) do the program, get all the tools you can in place to do the job and in the end you will succeed!!! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 183 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,575 Amount Saved: $1,930.65 Life Gained: Days: 22 Hrs: 10 Mins: 3 Seconds: 37

Welcome back One more try Would it be helpful to look at what the triggers were the last times you gave up your quits? And what you could do differently? btw, I think Healer meant when your desire to quit is stronger ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 166 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,640 Amount Saved: $1,128.80 Life Gained: Days: 23 Hrs: 5 Mins: 18 Seconds: 24

One more try - this site kept me quit until I could keep myself quit... Stay close to this site, VERY close. And ask yourself one important question: is your desire to quit stronger than your desire to smoke? Until your desire to smoke is stronger, you may find yourself going in circles with your quit... There are stories here, written and shared by those who went before you... I found those stories kept me focused and grounded... Read them and learn from them, as I did... Fill your back pocket with distrations, lots and lots of distractions... they are magical in the quit process, especially in the beginning. And get in here and ask for help BEFORE lighting up... Sending blessings and light - Healer My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 548 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 19,180 Amount Saved: $2,548.20 Life Gained: Days: 72 Hrs: 13 Mins: 51 Seconds: 16
