Hello Hammer, I say if You can use some sort of medication to quit smoking, then by all means, Do It, ''And Ounce of Prevention, Is Worth a Pound of Cure,'' If Not, Then You Fight Fire, With Fire, You find a Substitute to combat the loss of cigerette addiction, in otherwords, You give up one addiction, and Now You need one to replace it, How about Excerciseing, I mean Walking like 2 miles everyday, and I mean, Everyday, and maybe start eating a good healthy diet, and hopefully this take Your mind from cigerettes, or better yet, Join a health club for 3 or 4 months, that should get You out of that dark tunnel and into the day light of not smoking, You do what works for You Friend, You Expermient, Have a good journey, Smokless In Oklahoma :)
