Hey Smitty
Well I've just about gotten through day 2. It makes it so much easier when, I'm not around any smokers. They've been great (the smokers I usually hang around with), when they're going for a smoke they disappear on me, so I don't notice their missing and when their around their backing me. I think all smokers (except the young ones starting), don't really like smoking, it's just the cravings that bring them back. What I didn't realize till I quit: I thought the smokes I would miss the most were the first one in the morning and the few after that. They're fine, it's the ones after school's finished and the one after dinner that I miss the most. I cheated yesterday, I got me and the kid's into bed by 8pm. That's how I fixed that problem.
Keep going Smitty, we can do it!!!
Mitch
