Happy birthday!! Also congratulations on the 101 days!! Awesome that you quit using your gum, it's amazing when that happens! Keep up the good work, only gets easier from here.

Glad to see you ar moving along with this.  I know it hasn't been easy, but you never gave up and that is what it is all about.  Your hard work helps many people understand that quitting is possible...

Hi Guys!

I haven't been able to post much.  Since my mom broke her knee, I've had to take time off from work a bit, and work doesn't go away when I'm gone.  So between taking care of my little son, my mom.... blah blah blah.  It's been hard.

But only here to report that it is my 101st day not smoking.  Not only that, but I gave up my nicotine gum 3 days ago.  It's also my actual birthday today :)  I am 48 today.

So it's a special day that I wanted to share with everyone here.

I've missed everyone.... like I've missed my other friends.  I'm taking one day at a time still.

Going to bed at a decent hour is the one thing I still have control (a bit) over.  So I'm going to go cuddle in and enjoy my successes there by getting a good night's sleep for what tomorrow brings.

Love you all.  Keep going newbies.  Life can get tough, but I am a testament that this site works, as well as your own quit plan.  Just keep up the quit, and if you can't, then keep up the quit again, and again..... it will stick.
