Hello All, I did get up this morning feeling less stressed. I have been guessing about things for months and now I have a verdict. It has been very upsetting even tho my fears were right. I am afraid I have not handeled this in the most loving way. In fact I was totaly pissed and said so. Breaking ties is a very scarey thing to do when they have been in engrained in your life. Just like smoking, it is hard to give up things even when you know they are bad for you.I never thought I would say this but not smoking is one of the easier things I am dealing with. Thank you all for caring. I need your support now. Blue Cloud, as much as anything... I think it's just where you're at in your quit. When I was at about that same place, it was still pretty tough at times. For one thing, battling the cravings day after day was getting to me (I felt worn down)... and sometimes I wondered if I was really adjusting...though I was quite sure that I was. Well, let me assure you, you are changing... you're becoming a non-smoker and before long you'll really start to experience life as a non-smoker. I still have moments when I start thinking like a smoker again, but those thoughts have almost no power anymore. Hang in there Blue Cloud! Give yourself as much time as it takes... but I promise you... before long you'll begin to see a very big difference in how you think and feel. Hey Blue Cloud, Sending you not only encouragement but a hand to hold. Sometimes life just plain sucks there is no other way to say it but when it does reach out to those who can help and care. Take those lemons and let Unhooked make drinks or I will take them and mix them with some nice Vodka and tonic. See no matter how many lemons we have they will get used. Hang on Blue Cloud better days are right around the corner trust me on this one. You found SSC and from here we can only go up. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 180 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,600 Amount Saved: $1,170.00 Life Gained: Days: 25 Hrs: 11 Mins: 41 Seconds: 27

Hi Blue Cloud, Sorry to hear that your having a hard time but please to know that what people have written has helped you. Just remember that everybody (smokers and non-smokers)goes threw hard times sometimes but everybody's strong enough to get threw them. Sometimes smoking seems like the answer to our misery but it's not. Just think about how proud you'll be of yourself knowing you can get threw hard times without relying on cigarettes. Keep hanging though BC. We are on our way to the beach!!!!!!!!!! Hi Blue Cloud Sorry to hear you're going through a rough patch. As unhooked said, we all do, whether we smoke or not. Maybe getting some exercise or just some time outside would help? Please don't lose your quit. That would be just one more thing to feel bad about. How about watching a funny movie? Just keep posting, ok?
