Hello Blue Cloud, Sorry to hear Your feeling down, and with the Blues, I hear You also live in Oklahoma, I live in Tahlequah, OK, Maybe if we can swap e-mails, We can have a mini-reunion someplace in the State, and have dinner together, I think its a morale booister to have People on here quit, and then to have a reunion at a neighboring town someplace, I have a smokless Friend in Choctaw, OK, and have a reunion every year, Your 75 days look good on You, keep up the good work, don't never give up, keep following that dream of quitting, and it will become a reality, Are You Excercising everyday, like going for long walks, that always helps me in everyday life, and another thing that builds confidence, is wear something Red everyday, and stay away from the Blue Clouds, O'Yeow, that was on the local news, Hope to talk to You, Smokless In Oklahhoma :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/10/2003 Smoke-Free Days: 1652 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 49,560 Amount Saved: $7,070.56 Life Gained: Days: 386 Hrs: 7 Mins: 59 Seconds: 26

BC, if life is handing you lemons, I'm on my way over with tequila & salt! Whatever it is, you can get through it smoke-free because you are strong and you are confident and you are 75 days a non-smoker! Life hands non-smokers lemons, too, & they don't start smoking. Neither do we. Take some time to be good to yourself, think calmly about your problem & do whatever helps you feel better. We are all holding you up and you will not fall. Blue Cloud you can get though this, you know you can. Why? Because you are a strong person with great purpose for life. When you put those nasty things down you said to yourself and everyone else that you will not smoke. Now life happens, darn it, but is does. So you can't make lemonade today that is okay. You have done the right thing coming here and letting us know that there are icky days out there. Now show us and share with us how you are making it though. You can will make it though. Lots of strong self talk. Hang in there and let us know how you are doing. Keep the Quit Sparky My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/30/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 140 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,400 Amount Saved: $420.00 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 21 Mins: 22 Seconds: 50

Deep breathing, go for a long walk, look up funny threads...(slipping from the SSC is a good one), google 'inspirational sayings', that always helps me. Have you tried taking Vitamin B complex to ward off the Blues? :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 196 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,900 Amount Saved: $2,067.80 Life Gained: Days: 23 Hrs: 23 Mins: 30 Seconds: 23
