165 DAYS MR.ED!!!!!! Get those dang junky thoughts out of your head!!!! You'll be fine as long as you WANT to remain quit. Vactioning does sometimes mean acting out, like drinking and smoking a lot but with all the days you have behind you, you have to be strong and say NO, no matter what. Looking forward to hearing about your trip when you get back. Have fun, but don't be foolish. Mr. Ed, A vacation was the easiest time for me not to smoke. I was always so busy, going to Sea World, Universal, etc. Work should make you stressed not vacation. Enjoy it. Hugs! Do you happen to have a laptop, Mr. Ed? If so, drag it with you which is what I did. Otherwise, look for an Internet Cafe and pay a few pounds to log on for your "SSC Fix." Hey Mr. Ed. It will pass once you get to your destination. All the stress of packing, planning etc. makes you think you need a smoke. Be strong and DO NOT SMOKE. Have a wonderful time and see you when you get back!! For some reason I found it easier while on vacation ... probably because it was a new place; hadn't been there before. No smoking memories. Are you going somewhere you've been before or someplace new? By the way ... Horse don't smoke ;p Fondly, Breaking Free My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/12/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 77 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,335 Amount Saved: $308 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 13 Mins: 8 Seconds: 56

    Cigarettes Not Smoked

Breaking Free - I have been to this place before. But I kmow that I will not smoke. I am confident of that. The 'horses don't smoke' quote is interesting... Years ago in this country, there was an advert for Malboro Cigarettes. Picture of a horse. and somebody had written on it .. 'Horses don't smoke'. Priceless. Didn't make me give up then But now it seems so apt.
