Mr. Ed
Destress, breathe, relax yourself. Roll in the grass or hay. There have been other stressful times in this quit. You have posted about them. Don't let whatever the stress is get to you, instead, dump the stress find something else to occupy your mind and relax yourself.
I had to go away in May for a while and I gathered together my favorite reading from here some of it printed out at 50 or 60 pages and I took this book with me. I made sure I had lots of little goodies to reward myself and knew that I could only go so long without food drink and rejuvination. I made sure that on the road I had these minor seeming and really major items taken care of. I found a great post about HALY and made sure that I got through without being Hungry, Angry, Tired or Lonely.
See if you can find an internet cafe and check in.
Have fun on your vacation.
