Ride this crave out like a wave... When it goes to the right, lean right, and left - well you get the idea... Picture being on a surfboard in the ocean on a really windy day and that wind takes that board over and you have to become one with that wave... Your focus, control and power will guide this crave until the end of it...Just stay with it, no matter what...
Find something to get lost in - paint a wall, go for a power walk, do some journaling about this crave and recommit to your Quit, call a friend, clean the grout in the tub w/an old toothbrush!
