Glad you found it, and us, Patti. I printed that one out and kept it right by my side early in my quit. There is so much good stuff on this site. Take a look around and if you can't find what you're looking for, just ask. Hope to see more of you. I cannot say how much this post meant to me last night. I was having a horrendous time, and I couldn't do things like go for a walk, or watch tv or go to bed because I was sitting in front of my computer working, and it had to be completed last night. My cravings were horrible, and I finally turned to this site and found this post just in time. After reading it I felt so much better and completed my work and off to bed at 11 with NOPE!!!! Thank you so much for being there.

What is a must read on this thread? I'm goi ng through cravings but more for drugs. I'd rather do a drug then smoke but really I'd like to do niether. I want to be tabacco free and narcotic free. I think they are inter-related. I think people who are sober and still smoke after years of sobriety have a higher chance to go back to drinking/ drugs than a non smoker. all the best My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/2/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 16 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 272 Amount Saved: $64.00 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 2 Mins: 0 Seconds: 26
