BINGING TODAY

Stress can be tricky! You seem to have a great workout routine, why not change it up and doing something you, like to rid yourself of the stress? Grab a friend, grab your sister, and start renovating or start a book club! Keep the stress at bay and do anything you like! Save the treats for the end of the week :) Josie, Health Educator

Oh I've been in the thread about the gym and overeating. I always work out tons. I just really haven't noticed that I'm eating due to stress until today. Gonna have to watch that one. I still have only gained a total of 8 pounds and I contribute that to working out as I do. Jim how long do I have to be smoke free for the beach. I want a big celebration cuz I didn't get a celebration for the cruise! I feel soooooooooo left out and un appreciated. Hey Ter--I too am eating more--every day...Seems I now have a circulatory problem which keeps me from exercising because of leg pain. SO--No smoking, decreased metabolism, increased intake & decreased exercise = BIG weight gain. Everything is getting tight--feeling so unconfortable. But--if I could I woukd try to step it up at the gym....--can this be an answer for you? Hope the stressors start subsiding... Hey Buddy!!! YES!!! I have chocolate here in front of me and some cut up apples, but you know what I reach for!!! I think that I have finally stopped gaining wieght, but then again, I haven't stepped on the scales in a couple of days!!! Anyways, we all have too much to stress about, but hey, don't stress about the eating and weight!! Once we feel better about our non-smoking status and get into our spring and summer activities, everything will start returning to normal!!! I'm really proud of your numbers!!! You'll be hitting the beach soon!!! I've noticed in the last couple of days (I've had a very stressful couple of days) that I've thought about smoking more, but haven't followed thru on that thought. I am eating everything in site though and I haven't been doing that lately. I guess maybe this is what I'm doing for the stress instead of smoking. I thought the eating too much was over but it seems I was wrong. At least I'm still smoke free. Anyone else experience this in times of stress?
