HadEnough,
Congratulations on 3 days smoke-free! The first three days are usually the hardest, and you've accomplished this! You should be very proud!
The quit is a process and your body is healing from years of damage. Pamper yourself and get plenty of rest during this time. Very soon, you will begin to reap the benefits of being smokefree (like being able to smell and taste better). These were the first signs that I recall of improved health and they are rather pleasant! I couldn't believe how wonderful brownies smelled and tasted! I also enjoy rewarding myself with great smelling bubble bath potions (and I can really smell them now)!
Stay close and let us know if you have questions or just need to talk.
