oh sheesh...i cant remember where it was posted...anybody know where the Junkie/Response post is? I have it right by my side, printed out, but dont know where I got it, in my withdrawal-muddled haze of the first couple of days. Might be helpful to you Paul. I'm also right there with ya in terms of it being hard, hard, hard. But, I know it's worth it. I can actually lie down without coughing now! Hang in there! Paul The simple math of nicotine is that 1=1,000,000...I know it is difficult, but your 5 days is a huge accomplishment and you will find as you go that it does get easier...The junkie in you is talking very very very loud to you right now and you must develop coping mechanisms to shut it down...Deep breathing, distraction anything at all...It is your job in this moment to know that THIS CAN BE DONE and never forget that we are all junkies, stone cold junkies who need desperately to leave the nicotine dream in the dust... Stay strong my friend and come here often...This is your best place to rid yourself of this menace. nonic My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 93 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,236 Amount Saved: $651 Life Gained: Days: 17 Hrs: 7 Mins: 26 Seconds: 39
