I lost weight because if I eat a meal all at once it triggers wanting a smoke. So I nibble and have hard candy and chew on my tar bar.lol Have a good night all and everyone hang in. If I can do it after 34 y ears anyone can. Tomorrow will be easier I hope!!!!!!! little, Every body will react differently to the quit. This may be one of your symptoms. If it persists, than check with your Doctor to rule out anything medical. Use the distraction today and have fun :) Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
