lladro,
That's a great idea to replace your "smoke and coke" with something different.
Just another idea for Capp and lladro, I bought a bunch of hot tea's all different flavor's. This was my major smoking distraction at home. If I wanted a cig after dinner or whenever, I would start the tea kettle, pick out a flavor and make tea. This process can take 10 minutes or so and the tea always smells soooo good. It was a great distraction and got me through the crave every time. Of course I was tea logged a couple of nights, after drinking 5 cups of tea (LOL), but it was worth it. 6 weeks later, and I don't rely on the tea to get me through the craves. Now, I just enjoy it to relax.
Good luck you two, and post often!!!
