Faith....unless you were drinking caffeine free soda, you have cut yourself from caffeine cold turkey....that could explain some of your distress? one of the side effects of quitting smoking is a spacey feeling caused by our brains getting more oxygen. That usually passes within a few days, so I am wondering if your symptoms haven't been because of quitting the soda?? It's sure true that many of us have hidden our emotions behind the smoke-screen! It can be tough facing these feelings and managing them without the nicotine. Hang right in here....you will change and grow into a more capable person withOUT that nicotine dulling your senses. this is a great place for support, advice and friendship....stick close and hang tough Katy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/4/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1787 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 71,505 Amount Saved: $10185.9 Life Gained: Days: 233 Hrs: 4 Mins: 4 Seconds: 42
