Faith....unless you were drinking caffeine free soda, you have cut yourself from caffeine cold turkey....that could explain some of your distress?
one of the side effects of quitting smoking is a spacey feeling caused by our brains getting more oxygen. That usually passes within a few days, so I am wondering if your symptoms haven't been because of quitting the soda??
It's sure true that many of us have hidden our emotions behind the smoke-screen! It can be tough facing these feelings and managing them without the nicotine. Hang right in here....you will change and grow into a more capable person withOUT that nicotine dulling your senses.
