Healer - Do you have some ideas for a new name? Do you really think it would make a difference? How could I go about changing my name? Will this place let me?

Your funny Phil and gonnadoit. I talked with him today and hes real glad Im quitting. He did notice yesterday and asked what was up. I told him I quit and he shook my hand and said take it slow for a few days. Said he quit a few years ago and understands. I never knew he had smoked. Today was better. I gess worrying about the boss made it worse. helpless, you cant have less confidecne than me, and Ive tried before, too. Im using zyban, but Id like something moer natural. Does anyone have any suggestions? A lady at work also suggested medatation, but I dont know anything about that. Yes, Rusty, feeling calmer now. Thank you. What does sodium have to do with quitting? Thank you all. This realy helps. tsurb My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/21/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 64 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,298 Amount Saved: $288 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 13 Mins: 50 Seconds: 44

TSURB, You are doing great. It took me maybe 4-5 days for my head to somewhat clear where I could focus on my job again. Don't worry, you'll be sane again soon (assuming you were before). We are rooting for you! Great to have you on board. Tsurb, I was hoping day 4 would be better for you. day 3 was a nightmare for me.It does get better. Maybe you might want to tell your boss what you are doing, and how it is making you feel. Do not use it a an excuse, but you may be loopy. You may also find it hard to concencrate, or be nice at some point. I also found that telling people what I was doing helped me to keep going on rough days. I like to keep my word.. So I have. You Can Do It. Helpless, Yes, you can change your name by going into your personal profile. 1- Go to your glove compartment. 2- New page will come up. At the top right corner, you'll see an icon to access your personal profile. Click it. 3- Look at the Nickname category, change your name and click on the blue icon marked change to accept. Please do not hesitate to contact us through our feedback section should you experience any difficulties. Danielle _________________________ The SSC Support Team
